Lydia Kakutwi
Lydia Kakutwi is a founding partner at Nuraya, where she leads the Revenue Growth Practice. She has spent the last 13 years building brands and empowering teams to deliver sustainable, meaningful results across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Prior to co-founding Nuraya, she was a Director at Procter & Gamble, based in Dubai.
At Nuraya, Lydia leads engagements focused on revenue growth — from market and consumer research through to brand strategy, portfolio architecture, pricing, and go-to-market design. Her approach is rooted in a principle she returns to constantly: start with clarity, and impact will follow.
Beyond client work, Lydia is one of the driving forces behind Nuraya's founding vision: that businesses across Africa and the Middle East deserve access to the same quality of strategic partnership that global corporations take for granted. Nuraya exists to close that gap — with experience, with systems, and with a commitment to walking the journey alongside every client.
